Contact Distributed IT to request user account creation
Upon confirmation of account creation, Log-in to https://fp01.accruentondemand.com/storprd/FAMIS.asp
Choose any admin of Maintenance Management Admin, Space Management Admin or Capital Project Administration which has configuration folder.
Click Configuration —> Security —> Security Configuration to reach the Security Form
Click the Self Service Security
On the Self Service Application Settings Form, click the User Information button —> take Query mode —> enter User Name
Take Execute Query mode, then get the specified user information.
To configure the proper tabs that display in the FAMIS Portal, click the Applications Assign to User button, get all the applications available to this user.

By default the user should have MAINT_AND_OPS (READ), MAINT_AND_OPS_CREATE_PRIV (READ), and TAB_TAB_FSS. Give additional access to FAMIS_PUBLISHER (CHANGE), MAP_CAMPUS (READ), VISUAL_MAP_TAB (READ), TAB_MAINTENANCE (READ)
Click the Save button
Click on the Report Tab and click the Dashboard Context Library in Publisher. Open the Demonstration folder and double click the folder icon to access the Report Folder Information. In the Users to give access to this report group list, find the new user and select his or her netid. Then click Read in the Privilege list.
To give the user access to the Google Map capabilities of FAMIS, click the Add/Update Folder button. A confirmation dialogue appears. Click the OK button.
