Maintaining Account Administrator

PURPOSE:

Found in the Finance Module, the account creation takes place in this screen. These accounts are the foundation of financial reporting in AiM. Accounts capture the costs for managing and reporting enterprise activities.

* The Account Management Screen has User Defined Fields and Notes Log Views to capture additional information.

PROCEDURE:

1. Navigate to the Finance module on the main menu.
2. Navigate to the Finance screen and click the link to Account Administrator.
3. Click Search to search for current Account Administrators, or New to add more Account Administrators.
5. Click Save to save the record(s).

 


ROLES USED:

 

System Administrator:

System Administrator is responsible for managing and overseeing the Finance module its configuration and functionality.
