Configure Request Method



This field will reflect the method a Work Order request has been made and is part of the work order items entered by Operations.


Request Method Description
Email Customer contacted Operations Center
Internal Work requested by Facility Ops staff
Mobile Requester used mobile app
Phone Called into Operation Center




1. Navigate to the Work Management module on the main menu.
2. Navigate to the Work Management screen and click the link to Request Method.
3. Click New to configure Request Method.
4. Enter Request Method name and description. Set active to Yes and click Save to save Request Methods.




System Administration:

System Administrator is responsible for configuring and updating Request Methods in AiM.
