Configure Service Contract Type

PURPOSE:

Provides the categories of the University types of contracts. The current configured contracts are as follows:

 

 

PROCEDURE:

1. Navigate to the Contract Administration module on the main menu.
2. Navigate to the Contract Administration screen and click the link to Service Contract Type.
3. Click New to configure Service Contract Types.
4. Enter Service Contract Types and descriptions. Set Active to Yes.
5. Click Save to save the records.

 



ROLES USED:

 

System Administrator:

System Administrator is responsible for managing and overseeing the Contract Administration module its configuration and functionality.
