<SOP Customer Requests from Fire AM>


Fire Asset Manager is configurable to create Customer Service requests as a result of a remedial action selection in an inspection step.  The customer Service request is attached to the inspection and the location or asset where the inspection was performed



 A sample Customer Request created from a Fire AM remedial action  is shown here.  
 Clicking on  the Line Item of the Inspection in the lower right corner of the customer service request shows the results of the inspection for that particular line  
 The inspection object itself also shows the results of the remedial action on the line

Roles used:


  1. Operations Center – The Operations center staff will process the Customer Service Requests generated from a Fire AM Inspection remedial action following the same SOPs as all other Customer Service Requests.
