How to Purchase from Central Warehouse

Go to Central Warehouse and place order in eRPortal

You must provide the Work Order and Phase for EVERY Purchase in eRPortal

***Integration from eRPortal to AiM

  1. Feed has work order and phase
  2. Check if item exists in shop stock (Stock Location + Stock Number) by part number
  3. Check if the unit cost has changed.  If it has, update in AiM
  4. Apply the eRPortal purchases to the work order and phase as shop stock
