Specifics about the location

The more accurately the location can be specified, the better.  Within a building, identifying the floor and the room is most helpful.  There is a type ahead text box where a room number or description can be entered.   If a room number is entered and found to be valid, then the floor will auto-populate.  If a description of a room is entered, then it helps to select the radio button next to the appropriate floor.
