Managing Leave SOP

 

PURPOSE:

The Leave Manager screen manages leave balance adjustments and displays a historical listing of leave usage. This screen facilitates the calculation and reporting of employee leave hours.

 

PROCEDURE:

 

From the WorkDesk:

  • Select Time and Attendance
  • Select Leave Manager
Select Search or Browse.  Available records will be available

Select to view detail

To change

To change / Adjust leave select Edit, Then Add
Enter:

  • Adjustment reason into description
  • Adjustment date
  • Leave Class (Leave)
  • Hours to be adjusted (can enter negative or positive number)
  • When complete press Done
  • Then Save
