<Relocating Assets>
Purpose
Assets may require relocation due to renovations that impact a location they are assigned. There may be an occasion where an asset is moved to another location. The relocation function is used to move the asset.
Use Case: Space change where a floor plan is updated with new room numbers.
On all assets impacted by location changes on a new floor plan the relocation feature on an asset is used where the asset is (1) assigned to the building level, (2) the floor plan is then loaded and (3) then asset is reapplied to the place it was previously positioned which may be a different location value.
