Manage Authentication SOP



The Authentication screen enables system administrators to setup authentication records for AiM, LDAP, or Script.



UConn currently is using LDAP authentication method.


1. Navigate to the System Administration module on the main menu.
2. Navigate to the System Administration screen and click the link to Authentication.  
3. In the Authentication screen, select LDAP Configuration to verify/update URL, User Name and Password, Base Context, Filter, and Attribute Name. Then, click Save to save the record.  







  1. System Administrator:

System Administrator is responsible for verifying Authentication function is configured and operating properly.
