Department Facilities Coordinators are individuals responsible for coordinating all facilities related issues for their respective department(s).

How to Access My WorkDesk?

 

1. Go to https://uconnapp.assetworks.com/fmax/

You may bookmark this URL and/or save it as shortcut on your deskptop.

2. Login using your NET ID Credentials.  
3. You will see your customized workdesk.

How to Search for a Work Order?

 

There are two options to search for Work Orders on your workdesk:

 

 

1. You can search Work Orders by entering part or full number of the WO in the quick search box, then click on the magnifier picture to execute the search.  
1.1. The Work order number will appear as link, click on it to see all the WO information.
1.2. The Work Order screen opens up showing the WO information.  
2. You can also search Work Orders by clicking on the Work Order link (See screen shot).
2.1. Click Search to enter search criteria.
2.2. Enter search criteria such as Work Order number, description, dates, etc.).
2.3. The Work Order will appear as link, click on it to see all the WO information.
 2.4. The Work Order screen opens up showing all the WO information.

How to Search for a Work Order Phase?

 

We created phase queries for your convenience and they are located in the middle side of your workdesk.

These queries are group by:

  • Active Phases (all statuses except Work Complete and Closed)
  • Work Complete within Last 6 Months

 

 

 

* If you like to search for some specific phase or would like to try another another search option, you can do the following:

 

 

1. Click Work Management module link under the main menu.  
2. Click on the magnifier picture next to Phase link.  
3. Enter search criteria such as work order number, phase description, etc.). Then click Execute to execute the search.  

 

4. Click on the phase link.
5. The Phase screen opens up showing all the phase information.

How to Search for a Customer Service Request?

 

We created Customer Requests queries for your convenience and are located in the middle side of your workdesk.

 

These queries are group by:

  • Customer Requests within Last 6 Months

 

 

 

* If you like to search for some specific request or would like to try another another search option, you can do the following:

 

 

1. Click Customer Service module link under the main menu.
2. Click on the magnifier picture next to Customer Request link.
3. Go through the options, enter search criteria and a number under Display Order for any fields you would like to search by (displayed as columns left to right).

Choose the options from the Sort and Operator drop down lists and enter the descriptor in the input field.Then, click Execute based on the search options selected.

4. The results screen will show a list of Customer Requests base on the search options selected.
